How to Secure Your Launch Package:

• To reserve your Home Show Launch Package, a $1,000 reservation deposit must be paid within 10 working days of the Auckland Home Show.

• Following the Home Show, our team will make contact to prepare your final quotation.
  If, after your consultation, you decide not to proceed, your $1,000 reservation deposit will be fully refunded.

Should you choose to proceed:

• Your $1,000 reservation deposit will be credited towards your purchase.

• You will have up to 60 days from accepting your quotation to pay the remaining amount required to bring your total deposit to 50% of the purchase price.

• Once the 50% production deposit has been received, your order is confirmed, your production slot is secured, materials are allocated, and the full 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery.

Terms & Conditions

• Limited to the first 10 qualifying round plunge pool reservations.

• A $1,000 reservation deposit must be received within 10 working days of the Auckland Home Show to secure the Launch Package.

• The reservation deposit is fully refundable until the customer accepts their final quotation.

• Once the customer accepts their quotation, they have up to 60 days to complete the 50% production deposit.

• Upon receipt of the 50% production deposit, the order is confirmed, materials are allocated, production is scheduled, and the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery.

• Rockpool reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion once all Launch Packages have been allocated.
